Turnpoint Solutions Partners with Lawson Software to Provide Services to Australia and New Zealand Lawson Customers

ATLANTA, GA—February 4, 2009— Turnpoint Solutions, LLC (Turnpoint), a leading provider of business and process driven IT consultancy services for asset intensive industries, today signed an agreement with Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN), to provide service to Lawson customers across Australia and New Zealand.

With an average of more than 20 years experience, Turnpoint Solutions consultants deliver a wide range of business consulting and IT projects in all major process areas such as asset management, mobile work management and business performance management.

Turnpoint Solutions delivers vertical-specific expertise in both business strategy and technology, helping customers achieve success through IT-enabled business process transformation. Its principal focus is on asset intensive industries and its portfolio includes customers from a broad range of companies, including some of the world's leading mining, utility and transportation organizations.

“We’re very excited about this partnership as it will help make it simpler for our customers in Australia and New Zealand to select and implement new solutions utilizing the combination of Lawson enterprise software solutions and Turnpoint Solutions’ services,” said David Hope, Vice President and Regional Director, Lawson Software, Asia Pacific. “Our teams will join together to provide a combination of industry best practice knowledge, software and IT systems domain expertise to help develop and deliver comprehensive program management, process improvement consulting, systems implementation and integration services programs to customers.”

Turnpoint Solutions will work alongside Lawson to provide services and program offerings in three main areas including process alignment and business case development, project management and Lawson implementations.

For process alignment and business case development, Lawson consultants and Turnpoint Solutions will work together to analyze customers’ current business processes and design more efficient processes based on industry best practices. The review of current systems and technologies will be used to help determine capacity to support improvements and develop a business case based on leveraging existing investments in infrastructure and deploying new technologies, such as Lawson applications, to help companies better gauge their return on investment through measurable, tangible improvements. Consultants will also work together to develop a roadmap for process improvement to include project and resource plans and a change management program.

In the area of project management, Lawson and Turnpoint Solutions will use experienced and certified project managers along with a proven implementation methodology to help provide an on-time delivery based on customers’ expected results.

In the third key area of Lawson implementations, Turnpoint Solutions consultants will provide customers with Lawson M3 application implementation knowledge combined with process and best practice experience.

“Our consultants will work closely with Lawson’s customers at both executive and management levels to help make sure their business strategies are mapped clearly to technology investments that underpin business process change,” said Adrian Hale, Managing Director for Turnpoint Solutions. “This will help make sure their investments in software and IT provides a measurable return on investment, as well as competitive advantage.”

The partnership is in effect now, and both Lawson and Turnpoint Solutions have started an intensive engagement program to provide customers in Australia and New Zealand faster value from this strategically important collaboration.
